Verse for today: "CAST YOUR BURDEN UPON THE LORD, AND HE WILL SUSTAIN YOU; HE WILL NEVER ALLOW THE RIGHTEOUS TO BE SHAKEN. Psalm 55:22 Boy, do I ever need this one today. I am so full of anxiety about my husband's full recovery, my own depressive state (better but not fully relieved), and what is happening to our country at this time. I read this morning: "Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of those who do wrong; for like the grass, they will soon wither, like green plants they will soo die way." Psalm 37:1-2. Tall order for us who battle major depressive disorder, not always relieved by "pray more, trust more, read more" as many of us with mental illness are advised in our churches who do not understand our illness. Right? This is not to say that we should not do this, but professional help might be needed in order to do this and apply it to our lives. Thank you for checking into my blog today!!!!
